   The inner cavity showed signs of corrosion and roughness, failing to meet the client's high aesthetic standards.

Refurbishment Solution:

We analyzed the product’s issues and implemented the following corrective actions:

1. Adjusting the Anodizing Process:
   We rigorously controlled the chemical mixture and current intensity during the anodizing process to ensure the black oxide layer was evenly distributed, eliminating discoloration and restoring the product’s appearance to like-new condition.

2. Precision Dimension Control:
   Before beginning repairs, we conducted comprehensive testing and analysis to predict the coating thickness changes caused by the secondary processing. We implemented special protective measures for the precision holes, ensuring that their dimensions remained within the required tolerances post-processing.

Outcome:

Through our refurbishment efforts, this batch of products, originally considered scrap, was restored to its original aesthetic appeal, while the dimensional accuracy met the client’s expectations.
